Philosophy of video art

Just as a DJ can blend two sounds to create a third, Video Artist Brian Dehler mixes video footage into colorful montages of layered imagery to push our perceptions and associations into new territory. Using moving images that evoke rhythm, tempo, motion, and music, his video art reveals the hidden beauty and spirit of the subject in a way that reflects and informs the ongoing live soundscore of events like iNMiGRATiON.
